What is SatoshiQuiz?
SatoshiQuiz is a free Bitcoin education platform that pays users real satoshis for correct answers via the Lightning Network. Most Bitcoin education is passive -- you read, watch, and forget. SatoshiQuiz puts skin in the game on both sides: the app pays you to learn, and you prove you actually learned something to collect.
Questions range from beginner level (how many Bitcoin will ever exist?) to expert level (how do HTLCs work in Lightning payment channels?). Every correct answer earns sats. The harder the question, the more you earn.
Why Lightning?
The Lightning Network is Bitcoin's Layer 2 payment protocol. It enables instant, near-zero fee transactions -- making micropayments of a few satoshis economically viable for the first time. SatoshiQuiz uses Lightning to pay out rewards instantly after every correct answer, anywhere in the world, with no intermediaries and no minimum withdrawal threshold.
Authentication uses LNURL-auth -- a standard that lets your Lightning wallet prove your identity cryptographically without revealing any personal information. Your wallet is your account. No password, no email required to start.
